I have seen Dr. Fuller for nearly 30 years.  She has been spectacular: personable, kind, considerate, thorough, competent and honest.  My mother (now deceased), my sister (who lives overseas, but was treated by Dr. Fuller for complications after giving birth overseas and had routine exams here as well), and now my daughter (for 20 years) have all held Dr. Fuller in high regard. The office staff is always considerate and helpful and the nurses and techs have been skilled and kind. A few years ago my daughter hit a few scheduling bumps when nurse practitioners would come and go, but adequate notice and rescheduling were not problematic. Whenever I have had to wait longer in the waiting room - or in an exam room - longer than I expected, I knew that Dr. Fuller and her staff would also give me their careful and professional attention.

Having just moved to the city and needing a new doctor, I found Dr. Fuller.  I went in expecting great service noticing her accolades. However, I had a difficult time with the receptionist, followed by an over 50 minute wait in a gown, with a dog visiting in the hallway.  Her phone dinged multiple times while having a conversation getting to know each other.  I didn't feel like I was very important, and I left disappointed.  Maybe I was caught on an off day...
