Dawn Tyler, DDS

I took my kids to Ms. Tyler and she was upset when her and an orthodontist she referred me to had different opinions. She suggested an extraction, while the orthodontist said it was unnecessary. I cancelled the appointment but yet she insisted the work be done and was upset that I declined. I asked questions to get a better understanding and she didn’t like that. She then dismissed my children from her practice, citing that I did not trust her. While her work was gentle, she’s doesn’t like questions… She’s a CLOWN. 

Her office staff is also uneducated and laughable. They were unaware of how to put the claim in with my insurance and insisted I do so or I would pay out of pocket for services rendered. Aetna and Kaiser staff were also thoroughly confused.
