Dr. Joseph doesn't really understand the health needs of the elderly.  If you are over 70, it would be better to find another doctor.  If you ask her to explain her thinking behind the diagnosis, she is offended and instead questions the motive of the questioner--kind of weird. I get the feeling that she just wants to prescribe the medicine and get on to the next patient.  I don't feel very important to her.  I mean she seems nice enough when you first see her, but I feel rushed and that I'm taking up too much of her time.
