Dawn is the greatest!! I cant say enough about her! She is always on top of everything. Your not a number. She always goes above and beyond! My whole family just lives her!! She truly listens to you and gives you her best advice whether or not you like it she will ALWAYS tell you the truth!! Very supportive with any of my concerns!!

I was disappointed that she had very limited listening skills for my information and concerns. She would cut me off when I was explaining items to her. She had not pre checked my records and was not up to date with my health conditions. I was unable to explain the tests that had been run by my other physicians during the past year.

She took time to listen to what I had to say, she explained everything very well and in terms I could understand. She asked questions to make sure she understood what I had to say. She also is the first person to give a name to something that has been happening since I was a child.

Dawn seemed rushed when she came into the room. She didn't seem to have the time to talk in length about the fact that I was tired all the time and able to do anything. I would have liked talk more and not just have this problem be dismissed as a vitamin deficiency.

Dawn is kind, caring and thoughtful. She is, also, very personable. Dawn knows her 'job' well and is very efficient. It was obvious that she had studied my chart. During my office visit it felt as if I'd known her for a lifetime. In my opinion....she is the best.
