The most unapproachable, arrogant, and confrontational medical professional I have ever had the displeasure of visiting for a consultation. From the moment Dr. Rauch walked into the room, he began patronizing and discrediting both myself and my mother-in-law, even going so far as to cast doubt on our efforts to quit smoking.
