I had a filling performed at this office — and it was a nightmare. A few days after the initial filling, the crown was obviously a bad fit, painful and sensitive. Assuming it was the bite, the dentist shaved it down. The pain still continued, and they later shaved it down again. The best part is that on the second visit, they charged my insurance for a less than 5-minute checkup for THEIR initial service that messed up the tooth. Once I discovered this, they said they would refund my insurance, and never did it. I now get facial and tooth pain every time I get a nasal infection. Oh — my insurance let me know this office also charged 5x the network rate for a basic cleaning.

I have since gone to another dentist after that and they told me that the filling was done so badly that I now need a root canal. And since it's in a difficult spot, I'll need to go to a specialist.

Never again.
