Dr. David Grant Parker, DDS

After sitting in an overly filled waiting room, I finally walked out after 30 mins. There were several other people in the waiting room before I arrived, so there was no telling how long until they would actually see me. The receptionist made no mention when I was checking in that the wait time would be over half an hour. Unacceptable these days to waste people's time like that. Will not be returning. 

I've been a patient for many years but the last two years have gotten much worse for wait times and uncaring front office staff. I had to leave one of my last appointments after the cleaning before I even saw the dentist as my appointment was at 3:00 and at 5:15 I was still waiting on Dr Parker to come in. 

I should have known today's appointment wasn't looking better: My appointment was scheduled for 3:00 and at 3:30 one of the other people in the waiting room went up to the desk and said he had to leave because he had a 3:00 appt and couldn't wait anymore.  The receptionist very flippantly told him okay and asked if he wanted to reschedule-no apologies or anything. At 3:55 I went up and told her I couldn't wait anymore and I got the same nonchalant response. One would think office staff would be trained to, at the very least, apologize for the inconvenience.
