Dr. T is nice enough but I wouldn’t say the warmest person. If his office staff was competent, I’d not even mention him because I’m sure he’s good at his job. His office has wrongly submitted paperwork to my insurance twice now that has resulted in my fertility coverage being denied FOR THE EXACT SAME ERROR both times. I met with them and talked everything through to ensure it wouldn’t happen again and they literally did the same thing again. I’m the timeframe between their errors and my attempts at appealing coverage, my follicles have gone down 30%. I’m sure Dr T is great but if you’re in any way high risk of infertility or don’t have age on your side, I’d avoid his office because the staff errors cost you time that you simply don’t have.
