Dr. David Bonner, MD

Doctor Bonner had very short notice on this last visit. He has referred me to a pain clinic and they did not get my pain prescription into my pharmacy. That pain clinic asked me to have Doctor Bonner please phone in another month's worth of my pain medication while they were working with my Insurance on a course of action. I gave Doctor Bonner only 3 days' notice in order to help me accomplish this. His MA was quick to set up a virtual appointment for the very next day. Doctor Bonner always assists me even though in this case it was the pain clinic's responsibility to take care of this issue. That is why I love Doctor Bonner! It does not matter to him whose responsibility it is to take care of me. When I reach out to him for help, he is always there to answer the call and always provides exemplary service! I am hoping that he will stay in practice until I die so I don't have to look for anybody else. He is the perfect Doctor!!

Doctor David Bonner is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He is kind, understanding, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. He explains things in a manner which makes it easy for me to understand. He is polite, positive, and very professional. When I go to visit him, I feel like I am going to visit a friend not just my physician. When I explain how I am feeling or what I am experiencing, He gives several options as to how we can proceed to address the issues. As far as I am concerned, he is definitely a keeper. A fabulous representative of your organization.

I understood Dr Bonner was a new doctor to the clinic or area so he might not have had what limited info I had on my chart, so I'm ok with that. He was very persistent, almost to the point of being accusatory that I was using illicit drugs. He also briefly brushed off my main complaint about a pulled muscle in my shoulder and wouldn't listen that might be elevating my blood pressure. While not outright rude, his manner seemed like I was a bother that I was even there. Very abrupt and not Interested in knowing me. Not something I'm looking for in a doctor.

I appreciated Dr. Bonner's common sense approach to my health care. He listened to my concerns and I felt very confident in his responses. I would also like to share that I really like the My Chart system and Dr. Bonner's team's use of it for helping me. Dr. Bonner's assistant replies quickly when I have a question letting me know what she'll do to have my question answered. 5 Stars for Dr. Bonner and his support staff.

I've been in Richland WA for 3 years now, had two general practice doctors quit. It was very frustrating to have to establish care again, but I am so happy I landed with Dr. Bonner and I have recommended him to others in my family as well.He's a good doctor, who listens, provides honest feedback and is easy to understand. That is rare in the Kadlec system from my experience and also my husbands.

It was very refreshing to experience a doctor who truly cares & doesn't rush in and out of your appointment. Dr. Bonner was a great listener and made me feel comfortable to share and address any health issues & concerns I had. He gave good advice and I felt like he was looking for common sense solutions to some of my minor health issue symptoms. Very impressed with him & the Kadlec Clinic.

This was my first visit to establish mtself as a client of Doctor Bonner's. I was there for 2 hours. Had testing done and talked extensively of my concerns and future health goals. Very happy that I selected to go with this doctor! He comes across as a very sincerely caring person regarding his patients. I feel like I will probably stay with him until I am dead, he retires or moves away.

My doctor provided excellent care, as he listened to all of my health care concerns, and worked with me to perform the necessary testing to determine next steps to manage my impairments. The MA also did a good job taking a thorough medical history. Scheduling an initial evaluation was not a positive experience though, as I had to wait 9 months to establish care within the Kadlec system.

He has been one of the best physicians I have ever had! Polite, positive, professional, excellent communicator, very knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. Very easy to talk to. Listens intently to everything I have to say without interruption. Just an all-around wonderful individual as well as a fantastic doctor. I'm hoping that I will be able to keep him as my doctor until I die.

Having had a previous doctor who did not function as a primary care provider and did not refer for important tests and who was almost always unavailable if I had a problem-long wait to be seen. Dr Bonner is very much appreciated!!!! I especially chose him as my brother-in law helped train him. I think Kadlec should expect more primary care from their primary care providers.
