Dr. David A. Kleiner, MD

We've been taking our 2 girls to Dr. Kleiner for 4 years now.  He's always been really nice.  He takes the time to answer all our questions, and is always very friendly yet professional.  I would say that he's very "by the book" which is a good thing.  With both our children, they were very good sleepers, and we asked him if it was okay to let them sleep for 5 or more hours without feeding them (when they were infants).  He thought this was a bad idea, that they needed to be fed, but ultimately we decided to let them sleep.  They have grown up just fine, and we were never those zombie parents who never got to sleep.  Ultimately, we were able to get his opinion on what he thought was best, but he never judged us if we decided to do something different.  I think that's the best kind of relationship you can have with your children's doctor.  To have someone who will give you their best medical advice, but also let you parent your children then best way you think is fit.  We've been happy with all the PA's and doctors at Pediatrix and plan to stay with them always.
