Dr. Darcy Marie Divanterra, LAC., ND

Dr. Darcy is an excellent Acupuncturist - I was referred to her by a friend years ago when I had sudden onset of intense lower back pain.  I could barely move and even when I stayed perfectly still I was in tears from the extreme pain.  One visit with Dr. Darcy was all it took to make me a true believer in acupuncture - my pain was significantly reduced after the first session, and after a few more, it was completely gone - as if nothing had ever happened!  We moved to northern California nine years ago and I tried other practitioners, but I really missed Dr. Darcy.  We've recently moved back to San Diego and I had fallen just prior to our move.  I was having painful knee issues with sudden buckling of the joint and severe pain.  I scheduled several sessions with Dr. Darcy and am now back to 100%!  The pain is gone, and I am no longer limping!  Dr. Darcy is very personable and also extremely intuitive about where to place the acupuncture needles to provide the greatest relief and healing.  To make things even better, she is also a preferred provider on our Aetna insurance plan.  I recommend Dr. Darcy to all my friends and family.
