I worked with Dr. Dara in the summer of 2022 and we made a ton of progress in a short amount of time. Dr. Dara introduced me to a more relational style of therapy and it helped a lot as I worked through day-to-day issues as well as some crises that came up. She was always on time and prioritize my concerns in our conversations. Dr. Dara had a strong focus on mindfulness and compassion, which was very impactful on my often perfectionist tendencies. Overall, Dr. Dara is an incredible therapist, and while I'm moving out of state and won’t get to continue to work with her, I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
