I'm so mad at myself for not looking this place up and reading reviews before I signed up and made an appointment. They have such bad practices and insane cancellation fees. They have awful reviews everywhere - yelp, google, and the better business bureau! Protect yourself and just go anywhere else. And read their reviews and complaints on the BBB website, it's public information!
