My son is 19 and went to see Dr. Danielle Velez Leitner for a chronic urinary problem. I can honestly say Dr. Velez is the most lovely physician I have ever met. She was so professional, so kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She was so thorough and really took her time to listen to all our concerns. I highly recommend her. My son saw three other urologists and there was no comparison to Dr. Velez Leitner. She also was able to offer other treatment and suggested other testing that was never offered by the other three. It’s also very obvious she sees the patient as a whole and not just for her specialty . My son doesn’t need any urological surgery but if he did I would trust her 110 %. My son had lost hope in the medical field from other physicians that didn’t take him seriously . He walked out of this appointment admitting not all physicians are the same and his hope restored. As the saying goes “there are doctors and then there are doctors”. Seeing the difference is truly amazing. I am RN and will be spreading her name to patients and colleagues for sure.
