The dentist and hygienists are fine, but it’s really hard to get an appointment. As others have mentioned, it’s next to impossible to get someone to answer the phone or call you back. While they are happy to leave messages on your voicemail, they do not ever seem to check theirs. Moreover, the staff does not seem to talk to one another. Made the mistake of leaving a message with one member of staff that was not relayed to the member responsible for scheduling, further delaying treatment by weeks if not months. Any appointments you do get can get postponed multiple times, further delaying treatment by weeks or months at a time. When you do get your appointment, they don’t schedule your next appointment then and there as other medical and dental professionals do, which means you have to be really proactive chasing them down for your next appointment. Again, this results in delayed treatment - in our case, over a year, which can have severe consequences. Our family has had several more cavities as a result and one member required a bone graft after an infection went too long unchecked. 

They are the best! I have been going for years now and have referred 3 people who love them as well.
