Made an appointment a week earlier. Had difficulty with an open access plan with Aetna. Then everything was fine and even sent me a patient packed to fill before I arrived. Get there and was told I needed a referral. I explained that was handled by my Aetna representative the week before and was told a referral was not needed. They insisted that I was wrong and would not accept my insurance. If this is your front office and appt. service works, I am glad to take my business elsewhere.
