Seeking a practitioner for some basic CBT, the number Aetna lists is out of service. Checking on the web, I found two other numbers: one offered a voicemail with a full message box and the other was for someone else. He then called and abruptly asked my name, which I happily provided. I tried telling how difficult it had been to reach him and his quick response was, "I'm easy to reach." I again tried to tell of my efforts to which he interrupted and asked my name again. His manner is as far from a helpful emotional therapeutic professional as I could imagine. In an effort to support other Aetna members, I strongly urge you to investigate this alleged doctor. [gave one star ONLY because it's necessary]
