I called to make an appointment for a consultation to get my wisdom teeth removed. The person who took my info told me that my insurance (that I get through my job) has me as a dependant, not cardholder. Also my insurance has the address to the office listed as celebration when in actuality, it's off Alafaya trail in Orlando. When scheduling the appointment, no one mentioned the location of the office. I only got that when I waa told to call to confirm the appointment. Not happy at all.
