I had an apt that I had been waiting for some time to get. Received a text confirmation as well Show up and the receptionist claims she called and left a message that it needed to be rescheduled. Yet never heard back from me to confirm????? Great customer Service…..NOT!!!! I take a look in my voicemail and shocker…no missed voicemails. I have a baby and work from home and it takes me a lot of planning and time to get out of the house. She then proceeds to not care at all and tries to reschedule me for over a month later. No help whatsoever. Don’t waste your money!!! They do not respect your time or needs. Will never go back and will tell my family and friends to not go there either!!!!
