I set up an appointment because I had hematuria.  After waiting for about an hour, I saw a P.A. not the actual doctor.  He spent about 5 minutes with me and then sent me off to schedule some tests. He told me to come back in 3 weeks.  I had the tests done the following Monday.  I never heard anything back from this office until I went in for my recheck 3 weeks later.  The P.A. told me that I had an issue and they needed to do a cystoscopy but that the doctor was the only one who did them and he was booked for 3 months!  I'm told that I could have bladder cancer but I have to wait 3 months to confirm??  Terrible! Instead of waiting 3 months, I made an appointment with another urologist who did the cystoscopy the same day.
