MY provider (Dalillah) was amazing. She listened to me. She respected my opinions and took the time to answer my questions. She emphasised utilizing evidence-based care. She also coordinated with the IB and followed up with me to adjust my care plan. I feel like, out of the 3-4 CNMs I have seen, she has been the most efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Dalilah is so empathetic and patient, listens to me with a smile and understands my concerns so well and has just the right thing that will help me out. This is coming from someone who has had a history of miscarriages and am currently pregnant. While booking appointments, she is the first one I ask for availability.

I felt very lucky that this provider listened to my concerns and gave me guidance. I was even able to voice my opinion on the very invasive disgusting forms Swedish had me fill out, which I didn't! Wake up Swedish.
