 Dr Mauffrey and his team are by far the most responsive, professional, and receptive group of medical professionals with whom I've ever dealt.   Dr. Mauffrey was willing to give his time for a number of semi paranoid questions I had post surgery.  I emailed him on a weekend with little hope of a response (I'm generally very cynical & have low expectations of doctors - sorry, doctors) on an occasion regarding the swelling I was experiencing (turned out fine) - although he was out of the country, he responded within 24 hours and commented on the photos of the swelling I sent him.   Several weeks later, when there was a remote possibility I was having a post surgical complication (turned out was also fine), he made sure i was seen the next day the clinic was open. My office visits were also excellent - long wait, but when the doctor (Dr. Messina for the first several visits) arrived, he spent as much time as we needed answering my questions and providing thorough explanations.  He was reassuring & really LISTENED - which was so appreciated by me, given the nature of my accident requiring surgery. Although it has not been an easy road, Dr. Mauffrey & his excellent team have restored my faith in the medical field.
