When this appointment was made, whoever made the appointment accidentally made it for an in person visit when I requested a video visit. I didn't realize this until about 10 minutes before the appointment time. So I immediately called the office and the office staff were immediately able to make that switch and we did not miss the appointment. They got it switched over to video Within minutes. And this provider is excellent. He listens to us. He considers the symptoms he works with the care team for the patient. He listens to us and makes us feel heard. In fact, I will wait longer to see this Provider over seeing another one immediately because the other providers at this practice don't always listen as well as this Provider does.

Dr. Owen is very patient, very concerned with my situation, more then willing to refer me out to specialist. He is actually very easy to talk to & asks questions to try to get me the answers I seek. I am pleased with his Interest In me & my medical Issues. He does a thorough job, keeps me on top of my diabetes. I appreciate him & his crew.

I greatly appreciated Dr. Owen listening to me and being understanding of my son's medical and physical needs. I was nervous and apprehensive about the transition from a pediatric doctor to an adult doctor and Dr. Owen helped me feel at ease with the transition to him. I hope he stays at the clinic for a very long time.

The only frustration was after waiting several months for an appointment I was notified it needed changed and had to wait another month. I understand things come up though and I am glad I was only getting a health check up. I am thankful for having such a good doc and appreciate the care I am given. Thank you.

I see Dr. Owen once a year as of now. I am in good health. Each time I have seen him, he has been professional and I find him easy to talk with. He listens and answers my questions. I believe I could discuss any health issue with him. I have confidence in him and hope he does not leave the area any time soon.

I always have a thorough visit at the office. I enjoy their friendliness, complete care. Dr. Owen always asks questions to get answers he needs. He always has time & patience with me. Always reminds me on needed tests & results of my blood work (diabetes) I am completely happy with his treatment of me.

Dr. Cullen Owen always listens to me, but more importantly, he takes my comments seriously. Often people my age are dismissed or their concerns trivialized. He listens carefully and I feel I have a real partner in my health care. I have and do recommend him, my sister sees him now on my referral.

The doctor listened to what I had to say and gave me advice on something that was not his normal practice. Completed a questionaire so I could see a prosthetic doctor for a foot problem. Very professional. Was my first time with this doctor except when he substituted for another a year ago.

Dr. Owen is always very pleasant and greets us with a smile. He sees both myself and my husband at the same time which we like because it allows us to bring up issues one might have that they didn't mention. Dr. Owen reminds me of my old family doctor. He seems to genuinely care about us.

I have never had a bad experience at this clinic. The staff is welcoming and always puts me at ease. I feel my health care is in good hands. I never feel rushed. I am comfortable with my doctor and his nursing staff each time I go in. I have confidence in my doctor and his care team.
