I am very disappointed with Dr. Valdez bedside manner. Every scheduled appointment meant a wait time of 45 minutes to over an hour to see her. During my last visit, she was very rude when I inquired about a form I left with her staff regarding an inhaler medication I needed. She told me she did not remember if the form was submitted and did not have time to follow up on it because she had other patients. This was the ultimate insult since nobody expected her to do it in that moment but at least get back to me with an answer. Frankly, she dropped the ball and instead of apologizing, she covered her negligence with insults. After this visit, she sent prescriptions to my pharmacy and flooded my file with meaningless fillers, in an effort, to cover up the neglect. Meanwhile, I was still out of my medication and had to start the process over again with another doctor. Shame on you Dr. Valdez
