We saw her multiple times and she was not helping at all. She is uncaring and eventually, after getting enough money from us, she called the day of our appointment to say she would no longer be seeing us because of a "personal life event". She completely left my son in a lurch and could have cared less. Although she did offer for us to pay for a last visit so she could say bye to him. I cannot say enough bad things about her service.
