Dr. Cristen Marilyn Cusumano, MD

As a new patient with Dr. Cusumano, I was a little concerned by the negative review. My experience was very different! A highly-qualified professional, she answered my questions and expeditiously addressed the reasons I was referred. It's also a well-run, lively office with a very friendly staff. I will go back.

Dr Cusumano came highly reccomended from several sources including my own doctor who has been helping me manage my reccurrent tonsilitis, however when it came time for my appointment, i was sorely dissapointed. She took a look in my mouth for about 2 seconds and basically, professionally dismissed me outright and talked down to me a bit. She talked to me as though I had no idea what i was encountering even though i was able to name 4 drs who had reccomeded tonsilectomy including an ENT prior to my initial tonsilitis. She basically, professionally, told me i wasted her time in my perspective. I am extremely dissapointed with the care from this doctor and i will not be returning even under the refferal of my PCP. 

That said, the office and staff were great.
