My 91 yr old mother relocated from Michigan to Connecticut.  She lost a hearing aid during a hospitalization.  I called this organization to obtain an appointment for a hearing test & hearing aids.  I was told you have to have 2 appointments to obtain hearing aids.  Ridiculos process in the case of a 91 yr old.  To manage 2 trips is ridiculos when loss of hearing in old age is very common.
