She should not be in medicine, keep loved ones away! Courtney was in direct care of my newborns daughter post open heart surgery at PCH. My daughter suffered (and still suffers) from post hemorrhagic hydrocephalus. Post-surgery my daughter's symptoms got progressively worse and worse each day. I told Courtney (along with nursing staff and DRs) that my daughter wasn't sucking, wouldn't stop crying (unconsolable) and stopped opening her eyes. A memory unforgotten, Courtney response to me was to "Open the blinds because my daughter just had her days and nights mixed up." No physical assessment on my daughter. That night my daughter went unresponsive. The massive swelling was in my daughter's brain resulted in an emergent EVD. All of her nerve and motor function in her head were smashed and damaged from the hydrocephalus. 
Know that your concerns as a parent for help, when you know something is wrong, will fall on deaf ears with Courtney. She wont give you any sound medical opinion or thought but rather blame symptoms on your parenting style and refer to the room decor. Courtney needs to focus on something else besides medicine, children should not be in her hands!
