While Coreen herself is lovely, the company she works for (Ray of Hope) is AWFUL!!! They disconnected help for my kid just because THEIR system was flawed and said we viewed a notice when we absolutely did NOT!!! Tura, the owner, is an awful person. She has an insane attitude, is overwhelmingly rude, and completely ignorant to the needs of patients. As long as Coreen is with this company, I do NOT recommend!!!
