It was a video conversation regarding my upcoming new provider visit. We discussed my complicated health issues and all of my meds. She ordered some RX meds from my pharmacy and made referral for mammogram. Dr Finnegan was professional, respectful, courteous and easy to talk to. We had a little trouble with the video call initially but worked our way through it.

Dr Finnegan gave incorrect instructions to the pharmacy for my prescription even though we had a conversation about changing the dosage instructions. I am following the instructions that the doctor verbally explained, not the incorrect info that's on the medicine bottle.
