I had this quack for a family mediation. Throughout the whole mediation he’s shouting at me and talking in a hushed tone to the other party. When I’d repeat the question he asked me, he’d say “don’t repeat my question, that’s annoying, yes” then again he’d say “yes” as if I had to agree and say yes before proceeding. It was a hour of Colin Dow charades. He completely fabricated parts of the mediation in his report. He did not recommend anything. Do yourself a favor if youre in Sacramento and request a confidential mediation. Just in case you draw this guys number. Avoid at all cost.
