I can't put the date of service because the last three times we have had appointments on the book (the last time being for two months) we have been called a couple days before and told the doctor can't make it. We rescheduled until this last one. I am trying to figure something out with the receptionist that happens to be the one to take my return call and it wound up I needed to call another office because of the inability of this team to have another time where I wouldn't have to rework my work schedule to bring in my son. The receptionist was pleasant and I am sure only doing as much as she could having to be the go between.
