I hardly write reviews but there needs to be a call out of physicians who do not prioritize prevention and have terrible bedside. I had genuine questions about a new mole, changes in skin and hair. She was dismissive, very rude and rushed the conversation. She then explained that her attitude was because she felt that my concerns were cosmetic and not medical. How am I supposed to know that my concerns were not medical? The mole could be cancerous for what I know. She shouldn’t be speaking to patients this way. She will discourage individuals from using health care when they need it and with this attitude her patients have/will acquire preventable diseases while under her purview. This visit was fully charged to my insurance as it should be. But she was bitter about it because she would have rather charged me out of pocket for a cosmetic consult. I or anyone else should not be expected to know the difference. Her greediness is and will come in the way for what she pledges under the Hippocratic oath. Please don’t go to her if you are looking for someone who truly cares for their patient.
Visit with my son for Acne drug refill. Was given wrong prescription even I bring box for drug we need. After numerous calls and rejecting another visit, she sent again wrong prescription to the pharmacy. I display proper box to the pharmacist and was told I don’t need prescription for this drug and it will be cheaper to buy it with out insurance. Got it right there for $20 . Find out on GoodRx even cheaper with coupon for $12.
Waited an hour and half for Cindy to not listen, not answer questions and rush me out of there. She gave me the wrong prescription 3x times in one visit and all I needed was a refill. I realized she gave me something different I have at home already and does not work for me. If she just listened or bothered to read my medical history this would not have happened. Went back to correct it and she gave me the correct drug, but it was the oil not cream which I needed. Even the pharmacist was flustered, she had to do 3x times the work to fix all the mistakes. No one likes paying for someone else's mistakes(3x in 1 visit), 6 hours total of drama and frustration.
