Dr. Tsai was WONDERFUL! When I first had my IUD inserted in Arizona it was an awful and traumatizing experience. It was on the verge of passing out from the pain. I was nervous to see Dr. Tsai to have my IUD replaced. She listened to be concerns and empathized with my horrible experience and pain. She made sure to give me numbing agents and work very quickly. She was so kind and thoughtful. She even chatted with me about TV shows to keep me distracted and the procedure was over before I even realized it. I want her to know that she (and the whole team) made sure I had a safe and comfortable experience. As someone with medical related PTSD, her kindness to me will not be forgotten. Thank you Dr. Tsai! I will certainly be making an appointment for a routine checkup with you when you are back from maternity leave.

Dr.Tsai has been great since day one of seeing her. I had seeing a previous GYN at the same building for female issues and her answer was that there was nothing they could do to help me and that I wasn't the only women going through that but Dr. Tsai right away gave me different options that I had to help with my problem and thanks to her I feel much better, the medication she has prescribed me has helped me so much with my female Issues. I Am still taking that medication but she always tells me that if I have any Issues with my medication to call right away. To me Dr. Tsai is a wonderful PCP she is very respectful, she has a smile that makes you feel good about talking to a doctor that will finally listen to your concerns and do anything to make you feel better. She is definitely one of the best GYN providers

It was my first visit with Dr. Tsai, wishing to establish gyno care with her by getting my overdue (due to pandemic- and burnout-related reasons) Pap smear. I'd looked at reviews for different Providence provider options in my network as I'm very local to the area, and multiple providers seemed very promising including Dr. Tsai, and she just wound up being the provider I could get the best appointment with - but I absolutely plan to stick with her in the future, it was a great visit all around, with her as well as everyone else I interacted with!!

My doctor Cindy Tsai is a great and very kind doctor. I experience care. As a patient I experience respect and they listen to all of my questions concern about my health. I get a care I need and I feel safe with my doctors.Receptionist clerk, medical assistance where so friendly. They will always give you a smile. I love seeing them every time I have a visit for my doctor. They are helpful and very caring people.

This was honestly the best experience at a doctors office I've ever had. I loved the nurse who came by to take my blood! She was the sweetest person I've ever met and I would love to give her the biggest thank you for being so caring and understanding. The doctor was also very clear and understanding and I love how she accommodated me and explained step by step what she was going to do.

I'm a patient who love seeing my doctors. Because they are my help for me to be in good health. I got encourage to take care myself. They care to me means a lot to me. I always have good experiences with them they very respectful. Very kind to me as their patient. Clerks, receptionist even medical assistant was very kind and helpful too.Very good people

Dr. Tsai has helped me so much. She was able to proactively identify a means to treat a longstanding physical problem, and it worked! She's always right on target with my questions about her specialty, takes care to ask me about other aspects of my health, and wraps it all up so I know where I stand and what comes next. I wish she could be my PCP.

I love love love Dr.Cindy. She is the best thing walking. She is very patient, caring, and knowledgeable. She was the missing link to my care team, I am so happy that I found her. I can wait to let her know I am pregnant when it happens. Thank you so much with your support, I really appreciate you more than you know.

Dr Tsai and her entire care team are awesome! You really feel cared for and respected. The office staff and provider are amazing and create a team environment to care for their patients. I have recommended friends and family to this office and I will not go anywhere else!

Dr Tsai was fantastic! She took the time to listen to my concerns and determined how to address them. She explained them so that I made sure to understand what next steps we needed to make. This was my first time seeing this doctor and I would highly recommend her!
