Christy is a great care provider. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and kind and I do not have any Issues with her. The wait time is extremely frustrating, however. I was in the waiting room for over 50 minutes before being called back for my appointment. As a healthcare provider myself, I understand that things happen that cause delays but having a patient wait for almost an hour in the waiting room is unacceptable. I will continue to see Christy because she is a fantastic provider and I trust her, but this is a recurring frustration every time I come for an appointment, which is why I generally tend to go to Express Care for anything other than my annual wellness exams. Kadlec Express Care has figured out an extremely efficient way to be seeing patients back-to-back and the timeliness is always very appreciated.

I am very familiar with the health care industry In the US and normally use all available on-line tools to review all test results and provider notes and rarely call the office; relying on messaging to communicate directly with my providers. This has worked well for me and alleviated the need for unnecessary office calls and maximized my in-person visits. Unfortunately, insurance companies make the process of accessing appropriate care time consuming and more difficult and costly than necessary. My provider understands my opinion and has been helpful and responsive to my needs with timely and appropriate follow-up.

I continue to be very impressed with my healthcare provider. She is courteous, respectful, and is very quick to respond to any health issues that I am having and always offers effective solutions and explanations. I feel that it would be difficult to find a better healthcare provider than her, as she seems to really care about me and gives me her full attention and time. There's no way I can give her anything less than the best rating if I want to be honest. I'm very satisfied with the work that she does.

Provider exceptional and much better than hoped for. Her knowledge of prescription medicines and common side effects of each, as well as interactions with other medicines, including contraindications, was broad in scope and extremely helpful (i.e. Because of her knowledge, she was able to help me address a serious problem of some four years.) (Her patience was remarkable and mine was not, as I was quite irritable.)Your Survey Should Include an Option Such As NA (Not Applicable).

Christy Chantharath ALWAYS listens. She is relatable, she makes me feel like she cares about and understands my concerns. I have such confidence in her that I also bring my minor daughter to see her. When I left my appointment, I sent a text to a friend who also has Christy Chantharath as her doctor. My text said, "Just finished with Dr. Christy....I always feel so good when I leave there!!!

Christy listened to my concerns and acted to help me overcome my issues. She changed one of my prescriptions, which has had a positive effect. I didn't get a blood test before my visit because I let that order lapse. She re-ordered it for me, and I will get it done soon. I have a test I will need to schedule after I've seen her for a follow-up to my most recent appointment.

Christy Chantarath never makes me feel rushed. I really appreciate that! After this appointment I had an ultrasound and expected a call back. I did not get that so this morning I sent an e-mail as I'm not sure what is in mychart captured my issue quite right. (Just off on location a bit.)
