Dr. Christopher Robert Paolino, D.M.D.

Appointment started off horribly! Rude staff! The dentist comes in and after I have high praises to my previous oral surgeon Dr. Spera, he starts bad mouthing him, says he quit to go live off his rich girlfriend in Florida? He then basically tells me that I need to make some lifestyle choices regarding my marijuana use prior to surgery but never asked if I was using it medicinally or recreationally! I have a medical card BTW! Furthermore, I was told that verifying my benefits was a courtesy to me and so if I didn’t like the outcome I was more than welcome to contact my insurance provider directly and do what exactly?!? Verifying benefits is something this money hungry sham of a business does to ensure they get paid, they did no courtesy, especially considering that they didn’t even correctly verify my benefits. The young arrogant Paolino is who I was dealing with in regards to this matter who spoke to me in a very condescending way, not understanding that for YEARS medical claims was my life, so I knew a lot more than he assumed, hugely racist undertones, literally as if my words held no weight. I think if your skin tones matches everyone else’s in the office, you’ll fit right on in here. Definitely gotta raise your eyebrow at an office that lacks diversity in 2022.
