Like all doctors, you will wait to be seen, even if there is no other patient before you. I think it is just keeping with tradition of doctors to have a waiting time, even if not necessary. He might be in his office reading the news but you will still wait in the waiting room. So bring time and a book. He loves stories. You will be listening to lots of them and pay a lot to hear them. $200/hr. The first visit you will most likely not get any information on what you can do to help your body heal, you just paid to hear stories and for him to get to know you and your health problem better. The next visit you will have more detailed information as to what you can do to help your body heal. Bring more money, this visit will sell you medicine and together with the visit it will be about as much as a house payment.  He does have medicine that supports your body in healing. Without stories you would only be in there for a few minutes and pay a lot less. Don't mention the cost, he will have another story for that. Overall I would recommend him if there is no other practitioner in town who can figure out what is needed and you are willing to take out a loan or sell your house and home.
