I went into the office on guidance from my insurer's nurse line with concern my issue needed immediate attention. The front office staff seemed overwhelmed. Unfortunately things did not improve. Dr. Thomas's initial greeting was fine, but he was clearly rushed and after a very short consult, recited a list of treatments as if he were reading from a textbook preparing for an exam. I clearly needed a referral for a more thorough examination and I would have been happy with that. He was frustrated that I declined injections and prescriptions on the spot. Unfortunately he walked out on me and left the door open while he went on a rant to his nurse about me wasting his "F*ing" time. I was there for peace of mind and a referral and he should have respected that.
