The NP was VERY thorough & attentive to my concerns. The follow-up was lacking. Two criticisms: I asked to be referred to a specific nephrologist that I had seen in the past, & she wrote the referral to a different group. When I called the office the next day, they changed the referral. The NP told me she was scheduling me for an ultrasound & I would get a call from Baystate to arrange the date & time. When I heard nothing for a few days, I called the office & was told the NP couldn't schedule the test - it had to come from a vascular doctor - so the test was cancelled. No one called me to let me know that.

Was very impressed with quality of care, approach to concerns presented and great communication skills.
