Constantly late to appointments. Dictates treatment goals without giving patient much say. Persistent air of do what she says because she knows best ignoring that the fact it's the patient's life you're talking about so he/she should have a voice in what is being worked on. Failure to follow through in collaboration/coordination of care despite stating she would. Documented false information in correspondence.
