I contacted Christine holm in June of 2017 to give my 5 year old speech therapy. My 5 year old has a rare genetic condition. She came, gave her evaluation, agreed to take him on her schedule. I spent hours on the phone with my insurance getting her approved for in-network benefits. 2 weeks after the initial evaluation, and on the day she was scheduled to come give the first lesson, she calls at 5 am cancelling and saying she couldn’t see him at all, ever. I tried repeatedly to get ahold of her to find out what the issue was only to have her block and ignore my calls and messages. Fast forward to present. I have a 22 month old that i wanted to get into speech therapy so i contacted Boone county birth the three program. Imagine my surprise when i saw her name as the speech pathologist that was scheduled to come to my home. I was standing outside in the driveway watching her pull up when she stopped, backed her black minivan up, all while i was waiving at her, and drove off. She then called her office and said she had to cancel because of a family situation. Just a heads up regarding the kind of person she is. She’s very unprofessional and just down right rude.
