First Appointment last week was great This week was non existent I was supposed to have an 8 am appointment made and so I show up at 8 am and the door is locked and I call and leave a voicemail asking what happened, stuff happens. I dont get an answer, I call back later I was told my appointment was never made and they would talk to Chris, my therapist in the afternoon. I dont get a call back I call back around 3pm for the receptionist to let me know that it was made (my account says otherwise) and that instead they just cancelled without telling me anything, so theres that... Well at that point I am done with the excuses and I call her out for saying it wasnt made and now it was cancelled without telling me anything, what is it. I get a response of essentially babbling and the phrase came out "What would you like me to do about it?" I delayed going to work to go to this appointment, I wanted help, where is the empathy from these people?
