Dr. Lee is an outstanding person. Very detailed and takes his time to listen. Other doctors always seem to be in a rush. If he was close by, I would definitely make him my primary doctor. Great person, great service. That Tarzana office staff need to at least greet patients with a smile. Personal conversations should be done after they attend to patients. There is just this negative vibe when you arrive that office. Desk clerks look angry and frustrated. Dr Lee's service made that insignificant. Again, that young man is an exemplary doctor. Great job on hiring him Facey-awesome!

Dr. Lee is awesome. I originally saw him for a second opinion on an issue I have. He was very detailed and helped to Identify some things not necessarily discovered from previous Endocrinologists. He took the time to message me on 'My Chart' giving me updates on the lab work I was dealing with. This is a huge plus for me and shows he cares. That means a lot to me based on all the years of seeing Doctor's. Not many of them take the time like Dr. Lee does. Treat him good over there. He is a huge asset to your facility.

Dr Lee provide an amazing service, during this visit/consultation he was extremely professional, very polite and very well knowledge of his profession. I felt his care and understanding of all my concerns, he was able to respond all my questions and explained me how the medication was going to work and how my treatment was going to be performed. I'll highly recommend Facey Medical Group (specially an Endocrinologist like Dr Lee) to my friends and family

Great experience. Though I haven't seen Dr. Lee in a year, we communicated prior to my tests and visit via the portal. He reviewed instructions that were given last visit and answered all my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. When we had the in-person visit it was friendly and reassuring. Dr. Lee is knowledgable, professional, and warm. I feel confident in his diagnosis and I am glad I am in his care. I wish he was my GP -)

Dr Chih-Han Lee is exceptionally knowledgeable about primary hyperthyroidism and osteoporosis. He is patient and listens to my concerns. He is one of the best doctors I have ever had and I am grateful to have him as my doctor. He provides excellent, easy to understand Information, and when I leave the appointment, I know what I need to do to stay well and improve. He even writes things down for me.

This was my first visit to Chi-Han Lee and first time with the Facey group. I was VERY IMPRESSED by the extra courtesies shown by everyone and the relaxed, kind environment of the waiting room and doctors' offices. Chi-Han Lee made me feel very confident about his knowledge and how much he cared about my health. We going to be a good doctor - patient partnership I can tell.

Thorough and Familiar with my health conditions and the prescriptions I am taking from other doctors. When prescribing a new prescription, the doctor is careful to look for any interactions with the medicine I take already as well as explain any and all side effects possible. I trust him with my care completely.

Dr.Lee listened to my issues & concerns & addressed them. He was very knowledgeable & was interested in finding out pertinent information about me & my health concerns. I am disappointed that he only works 2 days a week in Tarzana which means I have to wait 2 months before my next appointment.
