Ms. DeRoca seemed to have all of the right background and experience to help our autistic child progress into transition to adulthood. The first appointment went fine. The second appointment she cancelled at the last minute and then we had to cancel the scheduled make-up appointment. The next appointment she just didn't show up (on-line) and didn't reply to our emails and message for over a week. The next appointment was fine though she didn't seem to understand that our child has no interest in sports and joining a sports league would not be motivating for them to overcome their social anxiety to meet people. The last appointment, she once again did not show up and it took her five days to respond to the texts we'd sent at the appointment time letting her know we were waiting. Very disappointing.
