Trying to be a new patient, I am not impressed.  I had about a weeks supply of maintenance medication (statin) remaining and I made an appointment.  The earliest appointment was about 3 weeks . The Office Personnel said they would let the doc know about the time difference between amount of med remaining and the appointment date.  The office called me back later and said the doc told her to tell me to "go to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care to get a new prescription".  NOT a caring or professional doc.  Needless to say, I cancelled the appointment.
