Mrs. Chenghui Zhu, ACUPUNCTURIST

Mrs. Zhu was a decent Acupuncturist but I must add she cares only about the money she is going to receive not the out come of your treatment. Finally after the insurance payments and the 30 to 40 dollars per visit that I paid out of pocket she was always complaining the money wasn't enough, average payment from both parties was around 100 dollars more than enough I thought, guess I was wrong. Bye Bye Mrs. Money Hungry.

Challenges/Issues that I faced.

1. Not professional: There is no visible board/sign, hence it was very confusing whether I was at right place. Then the doctor showed up 10 mins to the clinic.

2. She will ask you to send the bills directly to Insurance (Aetna) and even she won't provide full details. Have to call 3 -4 times to extract details from her. 

3. Very rude behavior in general.  
And most importantly, after few visits no relief in my back/neck pain.
