Mr. Chauncey Michael Murch III, LPC, BC-TMH, NCC

i was referred to him by another therapist.  We had one meeting and due to life circumstances I had to cancel further meetings.  When I told him this I stated that I did mot want to stop but had to.  Months later my circumstances changed and I called to let him know I wanted to start up again.  I told him the name of the therapist who referred me, reminded him when we first met and why I had to stop.  I gave it a week.  I called a second time and repeated the information.  I received no response either time I called.  It is odd to me that a business like his that relies on word of mouth would ignore potential clients.  He has every right to run his business the way wants to.  I have every right to warn people not to use him. I cannot recommend anyone see a therapist that is not responsive.  He lost me as a client and I tell others not to use him.  why go to someone that ignores people?  Nowhere on his site or in his voicemail did it say he was not accepting new clients.
