He asked detailed questions about my history, explained any concerns he had in detail regarding it and how it may affect me, and was overall amazing! I was asked if I wanted him to be my new primary care (I was feeling dissatisfied with my old one lately) and I absolutely do! I believe the switch was actually made while I was there. I really feel heard with him. He was respectful of me, my pronouns, my concerns, literally all of it. Wonderful experience!

This was my first visit with Dr. Madden (previous provider had taken a new position); glad I picked him as my new PCP (he will also be the PCP for my husband who will see him in a couple of months). Felt he listened, and the visit didn't seem rushed.

Dr. Charles Madden seem to be very careful, through and caring. This was my first visit, and he seem to have a methodocal approach to review my medical history. Further when complete, we had an action plan for areas of concerns that I had.
