Dr, Lano is a very good physician and seems to honestly care about you.  However, dealing with his front office staff is something else.  On two visits, they made a commitment to get information back to me and each time they did not follow through.  There is no follow up with them and I had to call them each time to get the information.  It's a shame that a good physician has to have his practice hurt by incompetent personnel.
