This Physician, (Lange MD) is currently under investigation

Lange is under investigation for fraud regarding Oregon Health Plan billing for unnecessary tests and procedures. Additionally, Lange is being investigated for violations of ADA Law regarding treatment of disabled patients. Complaints are currently filed with State and Federal Agencies. Mercy Hospital (Roseburg) is a co- defendant. The Physician (Lange) is currently employed by Mercy as an emergency room Physician. Patients with disabilities are advised to find another physician.
